Why should I pay for theme support when it is already provided by the theme author?
All premium Shopify themes come with free support, but this support is limited to answering basic questions and fixing bugs. Theme authors do not include code customization with their support and often will refer you to unknown third-parties to make changes to your theme code. With our premium support plans, you are mainly paying for code customizations, but we also throw in some other awesome perks as well!
What themes will you support?
We can work with any Shopify theme, free or premium. While we prefer to work with themes from the Shopify Theme Store, we will consider working with custom themes or themes from third-party marketplaces on a case-by-case basis.

How does billing work?
When you sign up, you enter into an automatic monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription plan. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged automatically each month, quarter, or year until you cancel. We ask for a minimum three month committment when signing up, but after that you may cancel at any time by simply contacting us.
What constitutes a "small job?"
A small custom job is a small tweak to your theme, or any job that takes less than an hour to complete. Examples of this include changing styling on buttons, building or resizing a banner image, or setting up your Facebook Pixel. This is only a small subset of examples.
Can I combine multiple small jobs into a larger job?
Yes. For example, if you have a subscription that provides five small tasks per month, you can combine these into one large task that takes no longer than five hours.
What happens if I don't use all my jobs in a given month?
We will roll over any tasks you have left from the prior month for up to three months. If they aren't used within three months, they are forfeited.
Can I use this service to initially setup my store?
No, but we do offer theme setup services as a stand-alone product in our store. This would make an excellent follow-up investment to keep your new store running at peak efficiency!
